Resurrection Church Summer Growth Series
(Sign up for one of our summer growth classes and continue growing with Jesus this summer.)

1. The Adventure of Fatherhood: Participate in a Biblical study of fatherhood and discuss the practical challenges and joys of being a father. The group will meet on Sundays for 6 weeks May 27 - July 1. Contact: Chris Walk with any questions: [email protected]. Supplies needed include a Bible, paper and pen or pencil. Meeting location will be Resurrection Church.
2. The Alpha Course: Explore & discuss the big questions of the Christian faith in a friendly relaxed environment. Millions of people from all over the world have gone through Alpha since it began in London England in 1990. Contact Eddie Jay & Angela Fields with any questions: [email protected]. The group will meet for 11 weeks on Wednesday evenings from 6-8 p.m. at Resurrection Church May 16-July 25.
3. Called to Serve on Short-Term Mission Trips: Have you considered serving people in need on the other side of town or the other side of the ocean in the name of Jesus? Then join us as we prayerfully and practically prepare participants to help others in need at home or abroad. The group will meet for 5 weeks at Resurrection Church. Start date TBD based on group feedback. A general interest meeting will be held Sunday, April 29. Contact Ted Baltes with any questions: [email protected]. Participants will receive a free copy of Helping Without Hurting in Short-term Missions.
4. Resurrection Membership Class: Would you like to learn more about Resurrection Church and how to become a member? We plan to offer our next 10-week Membership Class this summer, if there is enough interest. Contact Elijah Lovejoy with any questions: [email protected]. The class will likely meet in the evening, but the day and time are TBD.

Surprised by Hope Women's Study: Enjoy a video study and discussion of heaven, the resurrection of Jesus and the mission of the church with NT Wright, one of the top Christian scholars in the world today. The group will meet 6:30-8 p.m. on Wednesdays for 6 weeks from May 23-June 27. Location TBD. Contact Tracey Laureles or Brandi Lovejoy with any questions: [email protected]
6. Who Stole My Church? Book Study: How can the church grow through change and transition in a healthy way? "Who Stole My Church?" by Gordon MacDonald addresses these questions in a creative and winsome way. Contact Michael Pinkston with any questions: [email protected]. Location and time TBD.
